Refund policy If within seven days of receiving your first copy/copies of the journal you no longer wish to subscribe and both notify us and return the print copy/copies of the journal in merchantable condition within 30 days of notification then a full refund of the amount paid will be made.
Print copies of the journal will not be sent, nor access to the online version activated, until payment is received. Print copies of all the journal issues published so far will be mailed to you within 14 days of receipt of your payment. Any remaining quarterly issues from the volume ordered will be mailed to you as soon as they are published.
