Refund policy: All refunds are at the sole discretion of the Publisher. No refunds are made after seven days following receipt of payment.

Access to online issues will not be activated until payment is received. Print copies of all issues of the Journal of Building Survey, Appraisal & Valuation published so far will be mailed to you within 14 days of receipt of your payment. Any remaining quarterly issues from the volume ordered will be mailed to you as soon as they are published.
